We often feel heavy, as if we weigh an extra 10 kg.

Did you know that this is often caused by water in the body? This is what makes a person feel swollen and weak. Water accumulation in the body is perversely caused by insufficient fluid intake.

The task of getting rid of water in the body

Aim to get rid of water accumulation and feel light every day!

For one week, regularly consume 1.5l of water per day. Ideally, buy yourself a whole packet of water, so that you constantly have a bottle nearby and can control the amount you drink.
Brew a nettle tea every morning and afternoon. Drink two a day for a whole week.
Observe your body and how often you use the toilet.

You will see that you will lose body swelling and shed a few kilos!

Give yourself time and remember to be regular. All herbs and infusions work on our body but after time and with regularity. So you can gain both the homeostasis of your body by getting rid of the excess kilos, as well as practicing self-denial and regularity!
