We sometimes have worse and sometimes better moments in our partnership relationship. There are also times when a note of monotony sets in and our feelings fade.

Don’t let this happen!

All you need to do is apply the following exercise for a week. There is a good chance that you will recall the good old days and, what’s more, you will focus on your partner’s qualities by appreciating their qualities. You will also strengthen your feelings towards your partner!

The task for improving a relationship

Objective: to improve the quality of the relationship by focusing on the qualities (appreciation).

For one week, say “I love you” to your partner every day. You can choose any time of the day.

It is only important to keep a pattern and regularity (1x7days).

Take 5 minutes each day and think about what you appreciate your partner for on that particular day. Then tell him or her this.

At the end of the task, evaluate how these two elements introduced into your daily routine have affected your relationship. Learn to express your emotions and appreciate the little things!
