RELAXATION EXERCISE

by Psychology0 comments

We need to slow down and calm down after an intense day or week.

The best relaxation method is deep breathing and that is what we will also be doing. You can do this exercise anytime you are feeling tense, stressed, tense, or just winded by the daily rush.

The task for a moment of relaxation

Aim: To calm the body and feel relaxed.

Sit comfortably or lie down:

Inhale slowly through your nose for 8 seconds.
Hold the air in your lungs for 5 seconds.
Exhale quietly through your mouth for 10 seconds

Repeat the exercise 5 times!

Take it easy!
