EXERCISE FOR A ROUND BACK

We sit in chairs hunched over and our backs are asking for help. If you are experiencing discomfort or pain due to a rounded back, this is the perfect sentence for you. If you want to improve your posture and walk upright with your head held high gaining a lot of confidence, this is also the exercise for you! I dare say that this is an exercise for everyone!

Round back exercise

Aim: To improve your posture and strengthen your back. The consequence will be to gain confidence!

Sit upright on a chair.
Place your elbows tightly along your waist, maintaining a 90-degree angle
Use your thumbs to show the “okay” sign then turn them 90 degrees outwards
Bring the thumbs together with the forearm back through the joint of the shoulder blades
Hold the position of the joined shoulder blades for 5-10 seconds
Repeat this exercise 10 times
You can do this exercise every day, or when your back is bothering you!
