We want to feel confident and beautiful. We want to feel comfortable in our skin. At times our self-confidence falters, but all is not lost. After all, we can build it up again.

The confidence task
Aim: to strengthen your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
Look at yourself and list your three greatest strengths.
Think about why you have chosen these.
Thinking about the previously chosen qualities, say to yourself:
“I am wonderful, beautiful, and valuable.”
or
“I am gorgeous, handsome, and valuable.”
Repeat the exercise every day for the next week, choosing new three qualities each day.
You will see that such an affirmation will help you bring out your qualities, and you will gain confidence as a result.
